Ticketing Policies

Plays, pricing, schedules, artists and performance locales are subject to change.

Tickets are only good for the performance date and time reflected on your ticket.

If unforeseen circumstances occur (i.e. a natural disaster), Arkansas Repertory Theatre reserves the right to cancel a performance or production. At the discretion of The Rep, ticket holders shall be issued either a rain-check voucher, a ticket for an alternate performance or a refund by mail of the actual cost of the ticket(s).

Children under 4 years of age are not permitted.

Ticket Exchanges

Subscribers may exchange tickets without a fee as often as needed. We will exchange single tickets for non-subscribers for a $10 fee.

Patrons may exchange tickets by contacting the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to performance. Tickets cannot be exchanged for an alternate production within the season. Please note seating assignments are not guaranteed when exchanging. Every effort will be made to book seats as close to the original seats as possible.

Exchanges into a more expensive seating area require a payment of the difference in ticket costs.

Director's Preview Series (First Wednesday and Thursday) exchanges incur a $10 per ticket upgrade fee if you must exchange to another performance.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we cannot grant refunds for ticket purchases. All sales are final.

If you are unable to use a ticket, you may donate it for resale in person prior to the performance and receive a full tax deduction. Or you may contact The Rep to receive a donation letter for tax deduction purposes.
